My aim is to give readers clear, reliable instructions paired with beautiful photography giving confidence in every cook to create their own dishes, and encouraging every baker to produce their best work yet.
To support this journey, I have written a book designed to help bakers truly understand the science behind baking. It explores the fundamental principles of cakes, breads, and pâtisserie, while also including practical baking assignments and a dedicated chapter that teaches bakers how to read, understand, and develop their own recipes.
