Berry and Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Love a smoothie bowl? Starting your day with one can leave you feeling energised, refreshed, and ready to take on anything.

Berries are little powerhouses of nutrition. They’re loaded with antioxidants and may help improve blood sugar and insulin response. Naturally sweet and high in fibre, they’re packed with essential nutrients and work beautifully as a natural flavour booster. As a bonus, berries are also known to help lower cholesterol levels.

Coconut milk brings its own set of benefits to the bowl. It can support weight loss, help reduce cholesterol, and adds a rich, creamy texture that makes your smoothie bowl feel indulgent while still being nourishing.

Sounds pretty great, right? As always, feel free to get creative and add your own favourite ingredients. In this bowl, I topped it with oats, almond flakes, mixed berries (not blueberries), and a sprinkle of dried strawberries for extra crunch and sweetness.

Healthy, delicious, and satisfying – the perfect way to start the morning
